I actually filled out this BL forum a while back and I'd say some of the tropes I wrote down still stand today! Though, it's missing one of my favourite ship dynamics of all time, antagonist/protagonist!!!! I love it when the protagonist starts to catch feelings for the person he’s supposed to hate and has a big moral dilemma about it (///w///)

I'll definitely go more in depth regarding my thoughts towards all my ships in a dedicated BL page on my site, but based off the list theres certainly a reoccurring pattern going on.... LMAO! I don't have much going for NL/GL since most of the time I read original works or create OCs of my own to fit my specific niche, most of my fandom shipping happens to be BL exclusive, with genderbent variants of the ship accounting for GL.

OH THIS IS FUN! Considering he's always quick to answer the phone in no less than 2 rings, he must have a flashy ringtone to get his attention. I think the most obvious but boring answer would simply be NYEH HEH HEH! but if we were to pick from a default ringtone list, its a hard competition between all the goofy ass sounds like blues (for obvious reasons), ascending (cause the xylophone makes his ribs tickle), boing (because hes sillayyyy), and marimba (cause the marimba makes his ribs tickle). Surprisingly he wouldn't pick the actual ringtone named xylophone cause it sounds too.. serious! Or maybe he'd use it as his (SERIOUS) ringtone for when he becomes part of the royal guard and needs to take (SERIOUS) calls.....
Thoughh if I had to pick for him it would be trill. I mean. Listen to it. That's what I feel when I look at him.

As for music taste.. maybe jazz cause its a combination of the words "Japes and Puzzles" especially the really eccentric and awful sounding ones that make you question if the band members are all on the same (music) page. Oh! He'd probably be real into those motivational hit 80s music they play in the backgrounds of work out VHS tapes; you know the ones where theyre all wearing leg warmers and neon stockings, ah he'd look so cute in those......getting carried away here.
Anyways I think he embodies those shitty FL mixtapes going around (but its not shitty because its part of Papyrus's AWESOME DISCOGRAPHY)

Omg haha funnily enough I was coincidentally daydreaming a scenario where he'd watch me play dark souls and I'd eagerly show him the catacombs segment with all the skeletons but we'd run out screaming "THOSE AREN'T SKELEBONES THOSE ARE SEKELFOES!!!". I think it would be very cute to reimagine the skeleton lantern ingame to be his head and you dangle him by holding onto his scarf!
Sadly if Papyrus refuses to play FFXIV with his own creator, its highly likely he would not play it with me since it's probably too anime for his tastes..... Though he'd probably backseat game and tell me if theres an incoming mechanic thats about to hit me or say the wrong callouts for the mechanic because he has no idea whats going on.. but its the thought that counts!
But oh gosh, he'd probably be bummed out by the fact I skip through all the puzzles in games like Silent Hill since I usually just read a guide to progress the game and take manners into his own hands by being the designated puzzle solver while I progress through the game and do the "scary parts". I feel like if theres someone who can solve the ridiculously complicated and vague silent hill puzzles like the shakespeare puzzle (EMPHASIS ON THAT PUZZLE! HE SEEMS TO BE WELL VERSED IN SHAKESPEARE AFTER ALL!) it would be Papyrus!!!!!
Now a co-op game that we'd play together hmmm..... Mario kart. 100%. We would share a consolidation medal for last place because we kept trying to do the "blueshell rewind" trick on each other to the point that everyone has already long finished the race and we were forced to stop cause the race timer ran out.

(heavy breathing) where to start..... where to start...... this opinion is coming fresh from a recent genocide playthrough, but the 1# thing I wish people kept about Papyrus is that he's undoubtedly kind and merciful!! Despite being face to face with his impending doom he chose mercy! And even in his dying breath he still chose to believe in the potential for you to redeem yourself! Sure he's extremely naive, and doesn't have a lot of life experience to boot, but I think even if he were to go through unimaginable horrors, he would be the type to pick mercy regardless.
So as cool as some of the fan interpretations of an edgier Papyrus battle can be, he would do it simply because fighting is fun! Not because he wants to genuinely harm the human!
